Boys Town New England is proud to welcome Dr. Charles A. Wallace II to its Board of Directors. c His addition to the board reflects Boys Town New England's continued commitment to building strong, mission-driven leadership.
Dr. Wallace currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Ministry Solutions Group, where he helps churches and faith-based organizations navigate critical decisions related to strategic growth, finance, facilities, and community impact. He is also the Managing Director of Charles Wallace & Associates, where he advises nonprofit leaders in fund development, organizational strategy, board governance, and sustainable growth. In addition, he serves as Managing Director of Caedan Cares.
Dr. Wallace’s desire to assist mission-driven organizations spans decades. Before his current roles, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a Boys & Girls Club organization. During his time there, he built meaningful relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and community partners and was able to secure critical resources that helped expand opportunities for young people.
Through his broader consulting work and experience as a national keynote speaker, Dr. Wallace has helped organizations strengthen fundraising efforts and build financial strategies rooted in real community impact. He also brings a deep understanding of trauma-informed care and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), grounding his work in the real needs of the children and families being served.
