Charity Navigator Awards Boys Town Four-Star Rating
Charity Navigator, one of the nation's largest and most-respected charity rating systems, has awarded Boys Town one of its highest ratings for the sound management of its finances. Analysts at Charity Navigator examined thousands of nonprofits to develop an unbiased, objective, data-based rating system to assess the financial health of a charity. These ratings include two broad areas of a charity's financial health - how responsibly it functions day-to-day and how well positioned it is to sustain its programs in the future.
Platinum Seal of Transparency on GuideStar
Boys Town was recently recognized for our transparency with a Platinum Seal on our GuideStar Nonprofit Profile. GuideStar is the world's largest source of information on nonprofit organizations. More than 8 million visitors per year and a network of 200+ partners use GuideStar data to grow support for nonprofits. BBB Wise Giving Alliance Accredited Charity
The Better Business Bureau has awarded Boys Town with its coveted Wise Giving Alliance Accredited Charity Seal. In order to achieve this, the BBB did a thorough review of Boys Town's governance and oversight, effectiveness, finances and fundraising.

National Council of Accreditation Recognizes Boys Town
COA accreditation is an objective, independent, and reliable validation of an agency's performance. Teaching Family Association Accreditation
Boys Town's Home Campus has been accredited by the Teaching Family Association. The Teaching-Family Model accreditation process evaluates implementation of 15 Standards related to performance and quality of treatment at all organization levels, with a focus on the persons receiving services, their families and practitioners. Accreditation in the Teaching-Family Model is rigorous and assures agency-wide adherence to best practices leading to quality outcomes for clients. link to www.teaching-family.org.
Licenses
Boys Town Nebraska programs are licensed through the Nebraska Health and Human Services System and include the Region’s Grand Island, Nebraska facility. Programs administered through the Region’s Council Bluffs site are licensed through the Iowa Department of Human Services.
