This month we would like to recognize IHFS Consultant Sierra Drum for the consistency and advocacy she brings to her work with families. Sierra has been a steady support for the families on her caseload, consistently showing up, teaching new skills, building relationships and helping families stay connected to services and resources.
Over the last year, Sierra worked closely with a family who was recently able to successfully reunify and close their case through the courts. Through her ongoing support, encouragement and advocacy, Sierra helped the family remain engaged in services and continue working towards safe case closure.
Sierra’s ability to remain a consistent and supportive presence for families has been a valuable contribution to the program and continues to support positive outcomes for the families we serve. Sierra’s consistency and commitment to advocating for families continues to positively impact the program by promoting engagement, strengthening relationships and helping families achieve safe and successful outcomes.
