At Boys Town, we value our employees and work to ensure that they feel engaged, challenged, accepted and appreciated for who they are. Our employees represent different cultures, identities and diverse backgrounds, and when we all come together, we are ONE BOYS TOWN, a stronger, innovative and more focused organization.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Boys Town has eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that embrace and encourage DEI. Each ERG is comprised of employees who share common interests, experiences and backgrounds. Throughout the year, the ERGs host various employee learning and development events and coordinate volunteer opportunities to support our community.
Development Opportunities
Boys Town believes in investing in our employees. We offer training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and develop leadership and career strengths, as well as programs and seminars that offer various life skills training, and encourage a healthy lifestyle and a strong work/life balance.
Community Involvement
Employees are welcome and encouraged to get involved in both the Boys Town and our local community by volunteering their time and expertise to make a difference.

Participate in events such as attending a baseball game, visiting the local pumpkin patch or team cookouts.
